Office Policy: Payment is accepted in the form of cash (USD) , Mastercard, VISA, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Debit. Sorry, NO CHECK OR CRYPTO CURRENCIES. Follow-up visits to recheck the prescription of glasses and contacts lenses will be done at no charge within 2 months of the initial examination date upon doctor discretion. After that time, there will be an additional fee of $45 after 2-5 months. Self pay pricing follows after 5 months. Balance must be paid in full at the time of service. There are no refunds on services rendered.

Our Golden Eyes Home-Maintenance Kit jumpstarts your dry eye care at home.

It combines the regular use of preservative-free artificial tears with warm compresses. The kit also includes re-esterified triglyceride Omega-3 dietary support to nourish your eyes from within. Additionally, Avenova® hypochlorous acid is included to help manage blepharitis effectively.

Personal Attention

In order to provide the attention each of our patients deserve, we are by appointment only. We schedule our routine eye exam appointments every 30 minutes. This allows us to give our patients with a more comfortable exam experience. Additionally, this helps prevent overcrowding in the office. But more importantly, it allows the staff to focus on quality eye care.

In return, we appreciate if you do decide to cancel your appointment for any reason, you would kindly give us at least a 24-hour advanced notice. We understand that surprises happen, and if you are 10 minutes late, that is okay. But communication is key in serving you and the next patient after you.

$40 fee applies to any patient that does not show or fails to give us any *advanced notice. To schedule any future appointments with us, a $40 fee will be collected (payment collected over phone).
